THE SCOTUS MUST DO AS I SAY…

In the last 3 days we had seen the real Barrack Hussein Obama expressing his Kingly desires, by trying to bully the highest  court of the land to get his way. He is supposed to be a Law Professor and does not know the meaning of the separation of powers?

There are plenty of precedents, where the Supreme Court has turned down laws passed by Congress due to a violation of the Constitution, that is the job of the Supreme Court, to “interpret and uphold” the Constitution and to undue any law or laws that infringe upon it.

The President has gone too far in his attempt to push the court to his corner, it is unprecedented that a President exert pressure in any way shape or form to the US Supreme court in a landmark decision. Now we know that if elected again this President will turn the corner, and will govern by executive orders, disregarding explicitly the form of government of the Republic, lets remember, that is what the United States of America is, Republic, not a Kingdom, not a Social Democracy nor a Theocracy, as a republic there are three powers enumerated by our founding fathers in our Constitution, the Executive, the Legislative and the Judicial, have you forgotten that Mr. President?
